Bedding requirements: 1. High bedding dryness requirements 2. Insect eggs must be completely killed inside the bedding, and the killing rate of bacteria that can cause mastitis must reach more than 99.9%.

The 10,000-head ranch is located in northern China, with a dry climate throughout the year, long sunshine hours, and winter temperatures up to -30℃.

Previously, other brands of manure treatment equipment on the market were used. The processing capacity, processing volume, processing dryness, and sterilization rate could not meet the ranch requirements.

Our company proposed a corresponding reconstruction plan through on-site investigation of the project and was adopted by the ranch.

The scheme adopts the equipment used in this project, including 9GY-ZG35 solid-liquid separator and horizontal bedding regeneration equipment. All equipment is controlled by an intelligent control system, which can realize remote real-time monitoring, remote control, fault alarm and other functions.

Since the application of the project results, the equipment has been running stably, and the dry matter produced can be directly backfilled into the cowshed as cattle bedding, eliminating the cost of purchasing sand bedding before the ranch. The processing process is simple to operate and reduces the labor cost of the ranch.
