Large-scale dairy farm manure treatment and resource utilization project

The manure treatment and resource utilization project of a 10,000-head dairy farm is designed according to the layout of equipment in the existing manure treatment workshop of the ranch to solve the problems of large manure treatment volume and low temperature in winter. The solid-liquid separation equipment and horizontal mattress regeneration equipment are laid out, and emergency arrangements are made to ensure the normal operation of the ranch manure treatment unit. It saves space, reduces labor and energy consumption. The dry matter in the manure is regenerated into horizontal mattress backfilled in the cowshed for resource utilization, which reduces costs and increases efficiency for the ranch.
