The 10,000-head ranch is located in northwest China, with a dry climate throughout the year, long sunshine hours, and winter temperatures up to -30℃. Through field surveys of the project, a manure treatment plan with no pollution, reduced emissions, and reduced costs was proposed, and was adopted by the ranch.

The plan uses the equipment used in this project, including the 9GY-40P primary ultra-dry solid-liquid separator and bedding regeneration equipment. All equipment is controlled by a set of intelligent control systems, which can realize remote real-time monitoring, remote control, fault alarm and other functions.

Since the project results were put into use, compared with the previous manure treatment equipment, the equipment failure rate has been reduced by 40%, the life of vulnerable parts has been extended by 30%, the processing speed has been increased by 40%, and the moisture content of dry matter after discharge has been increased by 20%. The dry matter produced can be directly backfilled into the cowshed as cattle bedding, eliminating the cost of purchasing sand bedding for the ranch. The processing process is simple to operate and reduces the labor cost of the ranch.
