Intelligent Mechanical Scraper

The Intelligent Mechanical Scraper is a high-efficiency automated manure removal system designed for modern livestock and poultry farms, suitable for cow sheds, pigsties, and other farming environments. Driven by a motorized chain, the scraper blades move back and forth—advancing to remove manure and retracting without scraping—while integrating variable frequency technology and programmable control to provide smart functions such as collision prevention and ice removal. The system features a dual-wing scraper chain for smooth transmission, self-cleaning blade spacing, and an open-top blade design for easy maintenance. Its modular configuration with independent head, tail, and standard middle sections can effectively handle manure that is too wet, too dry, or excessively thick, greatly improving transport efficiency. Manure Solid Liquid Separator

The system has a processing capacity of 20 cubic meters per hour, producing solids with a minimum moisture content of ≤55%. The outer casing is primarily made of 304 stainless steel, significantly extending service life and reducing maintenance costs. It is ideal for dairy farms using recycled cow manure as bedding material or other livestock and poultry farms with similar requirements. The processed solids meet the needs for bedding and organic fertilizer fermentation, eliminating the traditional drying step and saving both labor and space costs.

Sewage Physical Fine Filter

The 9GY-8 Sewage Physical Fine Filter is a high-performance spiral extrusion solid-liquid separation system with a processing capacity of 5–8 m³/h and an output solids moisture content of ≤70%. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, with a spiral screw coated in a high-strength wear-resistant layer and a precision stainless-steel screen, it effectively removes fine fibrous matter from oxidation pond sewage, preventing sediment buildup and extending cleaning cycles. Featuring multiple patented technologies, compact design, and durable wear-resistant core components, the unit ensures stable, long-term continuous operation. Equipped with renowned-brand motors and gear reducers, it delivers reliability and performance even in demanding sewage treatment environments.

Mattress Recycling Equipment

The dairy cow bedding recycling equipment developed by Sifeng Environmental Technology utilizes aerobic fermentation to reduce bedding moisture content to below 50%, achieving a 100% removal rate for mastitis-causing pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus aureus, and Klebsiella spp.. The recycled cow manure bedding produced by this system has a particle size distribution of <1.0 mm: 34.81%, 1.0–2.0 mm: 38.42%, and >2.0 mm: 26.77%, providing dairy cows with a more comfortable resting environment. The fibers in the manure are fully softened during processing, ensuring no discomfort to the cows’ udders and maintaining udder health. This technology offers an ideal solution for producing recycled bedding from cow manure.
